Adriana Paquete presents a unique perspective of traditional fado, honoring those with whom she learned – Amália Rodrigues, Fernanda Maria, Lucilia do Carmo, Herminia Silva, Beatriz da Conceição – and perpetuating their legacy. A young fado singer who thrills us with every verse sung, Adriana Paquete participated in the festivals Caixa Ribeira 2015 and Caixa Alfama 2016, and in 2015 joined the cast of the show Amália – I don’t know why you left at the Porto Coliseum.
