Another edition of the Grândola Chocolate Fair
The Chocolate Fair is returning to Grândola and this 12th edition joins the flavours of São Martinho.
From November 9th to 11th, a sweet weekend is awaited, filled with lots of excitement and tempting reasons to visit Vila Morena. Those who travel to the Fair and Exhibition Park will find more than 60 exhibitors to sample and sell chocolate, savour the best of regional gastronomy and taste authentic delicacies made by the renowned chefs who during the three days of the event will dynamize the Show Cook space.
The contest promoted by the Municipality of Grândola also features Statues and Gigantones de Chocolate, Chocolate Bobo, Giant Chocolate Puppeteer and Marionette, Choco Loco and Chef Dueto.
Besides, the animation is one of the main ingredients of the Fair. The program also includes a fire-handling performer by the Malatisch group in the first two days. On Sunday, the Malatisch Group presents circus animation and the pair Charneca and Sérgio Gomes promises to release many laughs.
For the last day of the event, St Martin’s Day, there is also reserved a “magusto” with the participation of the associations of the county and the presence of a special ‘Salesman of Chestnuts’: António Santos, recorder of the Guinness with the statue allusive to Saint Martin.
