Australian Ry X comes to Portugal for the first time
The singer visits the country in the year in which he will release a new album.
July 12 of this year will be the one that marks the debut of Ry Cuming, known by the stage name RY X, in Portugal.
The singer and songwriter joins the Nos Alive’19 Stage, sharing the stage with the confirmed Tash Sultana, H.E.R., Cut Copy, and Pip Blom.
Ry X is preparing to release a new album in February of this year so the coming to Portuguese territory will be the opportunity to present the new songs as well as remember their greatest successes.
It was in 2010 that the singer premiered with the eponymous album, still under the name of Ry Cuming. In 2013 he released the EP ‘Berlin’ and it was with this single that it came in tops in France, Germany and the United Kingdom, read in a statement sent to the newsrooms.
But it was only in 2016 that his musical career changed course, starting to assume the nickname RY X with the edition of ‘Dawn’, a disc that earned him strong critical acclaim.
