It was the birthday present for the 80th anniversary of the Interlagos Circuit, in São Paulo. A 27 meter mural by Ayrton Senna was inaugurated this Tuesday, in a virtual way, at the entrance of the circuit’s boxes.
The work of the Brazilian urban artist Eduardo Kobra, portrays the first victory in Brazil of the late Formula 1 world champion. A victory won in 1991 at the service of McLaren and which Senna would repeat two years later.
Ayrton Senna was a three-time Formula 1 world champion. He died on May 1, 1994, during the San Marino Grand Prix in Imola, Italy.
