Brazil qualified on Tuesday for the 2019 Copa America final in soccer, beating Argentina 2-0 in the first semi-final in Belo Horizonte.

Gabriel Jesus, 19 minutes, and Roberto Firmino, at 71, scored the goals of the ‘Canarinhos’, who won eight times, four of them in other editions played on Brazilian soil (1919, 1922, 1949 and 1989).

In the final, scheduled for Sunday at the Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil will face two-time champion Chile or Peru, who face each other today.
