As part of its Gulbenkian Green Skills for Executives initiative, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation will award five scholarships to five professionals from SMEs and startups who want to accelerate the transition to more sustainable business models and generate a positive impact on society.
The scholarships awarded aim to finance the participation of these professionals in the executive program “Sustainable Finance: Green and Climate Finance” of ISEG Executive Education.
With this initiative, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation intends to contribute to the development of more conscious and responsible professionals and leaders, with the knowledge, technical capacity, values and attitudes necessary for the development of a sustainable society and a low carbon economy.
The scholarships – equivalent in value to the total enrollment in the executive program – will be awarded to professionals with leadership profiles or with the potential to lead the transformation within their organizations.
Applications must be submitted by September 4 at [link] and are addressed to professionals from micro-enterprises, SMEs and startups. Applications will be evaluated by a jury composed by the coordination of the program and two members of the Gulbenkian Sustainable Development Program.
Starting on September 17, the executive program “Sustainable Finance: Green and Climate Finance” of ISEG Executive Education aims to help professionals and companies to incorporate environmental challenges in management and support organizations in creating new sustainable practices, products and/or services in the near future.
