Capital do Natal closes the 1st edition with Santo Amaro de Oeiras Choir
The organization confirms 2nd edition in late 2020
The Capital of Natal, on the Algés Maritime Promenade, closes the first edition next Sunday, January 12th. For the farewell, Christmas Fun Park has prepared a special program, which will feature the performance of the Choir of Santo Amaro de Oeiras, Christmas ambassador in Portugal, to spread magic, together with the elves, in the Bosque dos Elves, at 18h00.
Throughout the day, several other performances will take place in the venue. DJ Nuno Garcia plays music from 12:30 pm, and Animarte Theater Group, a non-profit cultural association that promotes theatre, operates at 18:00.
The last day of the event will also be attended by Francisco Rocha Gonçalves, deputy mayor of Oeiras, the main partner of the initiative. The mayor will announce the return of the Christmas Capital for the second edition in 2020, which is already being prepared by the organization.
On Sunday, the venue will be open until 11 pm.
