Casa Fernando Pessoa reopens, after its remodelling, for a new exhibition at the end of the month
After renovations, the house where Fernando Pessoa lived in the last 15 years of his life is a more accessible place, with a new exhibition, a relocated auditorium and a renovated library.
At Rua Coelho da Rocha, in Campo de Ourique, the entrance to Casa Fernando Pessoa will be made through the gate at number 18. Inside, waiting for visitors, there is a new long-term exhibition about Fernando Pessoa.
From August 29th, visits to Casa Fernando Pessoa are made safely and to ensure a safe place and the cleanliness of the spaces with the best reception, it is necessary to make an appointment beforehand (sending an email to visitas@casafernandopessoa.pt).
Casa Fernando Pessoa is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11 am to 5 pm (last entry at 4 pm) and has the Clean and Safe certification awarded by Turismo de Portugal.
