More than 600,000 of you have voted for their best European destinations for the eleventh edition of the competition this year.
This year, the competition that places established and emerging destinations on the vote online, gave victory to Colmar, in France, which obtained 178 thousand votes. Cascais managed to stay in 5th place, with 34 thousand votes.

In the publication, the village is compared to Biarritz and the mild climate and the “perfect location” stand out for being “a stone’s throw” from Lisbon and Sintra, Ericeira, Mafra.
Between Colmar and Cascais, Athens (Greece) was in second place, Tblisi (Georgia), in third and Vienna (Austria), in fourth. In this competition, Lisbon won in the first edition and Porto already has three victories. In 2019, Braga came in second place, won by Budapest.
