With internationally signed credits, “The Simon & Garfunkel Story” will be on the scene, on the 28th of February, at 21.30, in the Black and Silver Room of Casino Estoril.
The musical describes, in an odd way, the story of Simon & Garfunkel, privileging the inevitable successes of the famous American duo. The show is distinguished by the excellent interpretations of Sam O’Hanlon (Paul Simon) and Charles Blyth (Art Garfunkel).
The songbook of the mythical duo Simon & Garfunkel is one of the most celebrated in the world. When they signed the mythical Concert In Central Park in New York in 1981, Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel took away not only the half-million people who applauded them that night but an entire generation who sang eternal themes like “Mrs Robinson”, “Cecília” or “The Boxer.
The Simon & Garfunkel Story has been seen by more than 250,000 people, making it the most-watched travelling musical in the world.
