This new project includes 16 new apartments – 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments and a 4 bedroom penthouse. Castelhana is responsible for the commercialization of this new development, with prices between 621,600 euros and 5,970,000 euros.

Liberdade 49 has a total building area of 3,035 m2. Use will be residential and commercial, and it is expected to be completed on the first half of 2021.
