At a time when the country closed and blocked, the Anaquim decided to take advantage of the confinement with their usual spirit and humor.
In May, fed up with sadness, they launched a weekly content on the internet called “Anaquim na net”. More than a rehearsal, than a conversation, than a sentimental office, it is a social space that they created with and for their fans. Every Monday José, Pedro, Santi, Filipe and Luís toast whoever wants to hear them with adventures, sharing, jokes and some music.
What started as a joke, gains dimension and already assiduous fans.
“Anaquim na Net is a free space, in fact, where we can be without major constraints. We don’t even know what it is …
It is something that changes with each episode, and where the important thing is to be able to have some conviviality, since our weekly rehearsal space was temporarily denied to us. Thus, we maintain proximity, rekindle memories, play games, announce news, and extend all this to our fans, who have stayed and grown from program to program.
It was also in May that they shared the video clip “He has people for everything”, with the participation of fans. José Rebola explains the concept:
“The original idea we had for this video clip is a long way from what came to fruition. The plan was simple: gather a room full of people, with everything dancing and jumping, very close and in a big party. However, everything changed , but as this song is tremendously positive, we didn’t want the new reality of distance and confinement to spoil the party and the dance.
We challenged people to record a short video in this sense, to demonstrate that even limited, the human being knows how to get around the bonds that he has. We received responses from all over the world, vibrating with our topic, showing that it really has people for everything, and that when one pulls on its positive side, there is room for all this difference. It was even more powerful than our initial plan. Doubt it? It’s going to see! 🙂 “
