TOOLTO – Super Assistência, Portuguese start-up in the area of mobility services and Insurtech, has just reinforced its team of 40 employees with the inclusion of CRISTIANO, its new virtual assistant that allows the company to serve even better and faster its customers, fluent in 32 languages and supported by technological solutions that include Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.
“CRISTIANO’s focus is the same as TOOLTO’s focus: digital transformation through the development of customer relationship platforms, which deliver technology to Customer service, improving service, reducing costs and allowing them to generate additional income”, Says Nuno Sobral, the company’s founder.
“The current pandemic has accentuated the need for digital transformation, something that was at the foundation of TOOLTO, CRISTIANO being the most recent fruit of this philosophy”, he concludes.
Since the beginning of its activity in 2018, TOOLTO, which already has reference shareholders such as the Portuguese Caravela or the group Inter Mutuelles Assistance Group (IMA), French leader and the fourth largest world group in assistance, arose from the need to change the existing model for the provision of assistance services and management of customer service processes in the area of Insurance, Banking, Automobile, Fleet Management and Rent a Car.
With less than two years of activity, TOOLTO already manages a consolidated annual activity of 10 million euros.
