Manel Cruz, David Fonseca, Luísa Sobral and Aline Frazão are among the artists who perform at the Soam as Guitars festival, held in April in Oeiras, Évora and Póvoa de Varzim, the organization announced today.

The 3rd edition of the festival starts on April 4, simultaneously in Oeiras and Évora.
