Diogo Jota nominated for player of the week in the Champions League

Diogo Jota is among the four nominated player of the week in the Champions League. Liverpool’s Portuguese striker competes against Alassane Pléa (Borussia Monchengladbach), Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund) and Youssef En-Nesyri (Sevilla).

Diogo Jota completed a hattrick in the route applied to Atalanta (5-0), as did Pléa against Luís Castro’s Shakhtar (6-0). For their part, Haaland and En-Nesyri scored two goals in the triumphs of Dortmund and Sevilla, respectively.
