“Blood, sweat and calluses on the fingers” is the signature of the new campaign Worten Game Ring, the gaming brand of Worten, which runs from July 30 to August 23, and which brings the Olympic Games to the gaming universe.
Worten Game Ring eOlympics 2020 is yet another innovative initiative by the brand, which, over these three months, has done a lot for not standing still and continuing to bet on
strategic axis of gaming.
Regarding this new initiative of the brand, António Fuzeta da Ponte, Director of Brand and Communication at Worten, argues that “although we do not have Olympic Games this year, we wanted to keep the competition spirit of this sporting event alive and show all the effort and commitment that esports also demand, namely from portuguese gamers.
The entry of Esports as an Olympic sport may be a reality in a few years and, therefore, it seemed interesting to us to create the concept ‘eOlympics’, debuting a competition, which takes place online and will confirm who are the best in the area, in Portugal”.

This action coincides, moreover, with the brochure that Worten launches today, July 30, all dedicated to the gaming area, “precisely to reinforce our positioning as a reference brand on this axis, which, for us, remains strategic for the brand and for the business”, defends the responsible.
The calendar for the Worten Game Ring eOlympics 2020 competitions is already closed. The games start on August 8 and 9, with the League of Legends (LoL) competition, with the support of OMEN by HP.
On the 15th and 16th of August, the Rainbow Six Siege competition takes place, with the support of Acer Predator. The games end with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO), with support from ASUS Republic of Gamers, on August 22nd and 23rd.
