12 duck breasts
18 small potatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 dl white wine
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coriander beans
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp butter
coarse salt q.s.
Wash the potatoes, place them in a pan, sprinkle them with coarse salt and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
Bring the butter to a heat in a skillet, add the duck breasts skin down, and fry gently until the fat is melted and golden; turn and fry on the other side.
Once they are fried remove them from the heat season them and set aside.
Remove excess fat from skillet, add previously peeled and minced garlic; add the coriander beans and brown.
Cool with white wine and as soon as the alcohol evaporates add the honey and let it boil a little.
Add the chopped fresh coriander and rectify the spices.
When the chips are baked remove them from the oven and punch each one.
Arrange potatoes and duck breast with honey and coriander on a platter and pour the sauce over it.
Serve with a mixed salad.
