Erick Mendonça helps to produce 3D masks

Erick Mendonça is a futsal player at Sporting, but he took advantage of the forced stop in futsal training to help in the creation of protective masks in the fight against the pandemic caused by the covid-19, which has already caused 60 fatalities in Portugal.

The lions’ fixture was not limited to quarantining at home and decided to take a proactive role in combating the new coronavirus, joining a mask production project.

Familiar with the process of making these masks, the Portuguese international mobilized a large part of his family to contribute to the production of masks and to integrate the Cascais nucleus of an initiative that, he reveals, has already extended to several areas of the country.
