Cristiano Ronaldo is among the finalists in the player of the year category with Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), Van Dijk (Liverpool) and Lionel Messi (Barcelona), in a list from which Bernardo Silva came out.
John Félix, recently named Golden Boy by the Tuttosport newspaper, is named a revelation player and faces competition from Jadon Sancho (Dortmund), Ansu Fati (Barcelona) and Erling Haaland (Salzburg).
Finally, businessman Jorge Mendes is on the list to be voted best agent of the year, having received the award last year.
The Globe Soccer Awards gala is scheduled for December 29th.
