It works from the Chrome browser, on the phone, using the link sodar.withgoogle.com. After launching the application, and giving the necessary authorizations, the camera is activated and just point to the floor and move around to have an area drawn on the screen, show where it is safe, and what is the limit of two meters at which must keep the distances.
Sodar is an Augmented Reality-based tool that shows in real time how far to keep from other people to avoid contagion with the new coronavirus.
To use, the smartphone must be Android and support ARCore, but apparently not all the latest models work with this Google experience.
