Environment, society, economy and culture, occupy the three days of initiatives within the scope of Greenfest, the largest national event around the sustainability theme. In digital format, the initiative presents a program that includes lectures, debates, workshops, cooking demonstrations, virtual exhibitions, among other activities.
Transmitted from the Nova School of Business & Economics, in Carcavelos, GreenFest will feature the inaugural session on November 20 (9:30 am) preceding a schedule of activities that runs until Sunday, November 22.
Among the dozens of initiatives scheduled, with the presence of national and international speakers, there are the lectures, “Planetary sensibility, humans and virus pandemics”, “Viver ou sobreviver na pandemia?”, “Na Rota dos Artistas à procura do belo”.
With regard to the workshops, a time to present more sustainable lifestyles, the actions “As meias estão rotas e agora?!” and “Ervas Aromáticas – aplicações culinárias, benefícios saudáveis e cuidados a ter”.
For its part, the showcookings this year focus on themes such as combating food waste in the kitchen, snacks and snacks for parents and children and brunchs for kids and adults.
The round tables are a time of great participation in previous editions of GreenFest. The festival that has been organized since 2008, brings to the debate themes such as “Smart Cities – Low tech solutions for decarbonization”, “Zero waste lifestyle during the pandemic: challenges and what awaits us”, “Chi Kung – Chinese Medicine”.
