Teresa Salgueiro, who was at the inauguration of the CCVF with the Madredeus, will return to the ‘birthplace’, for a concert with the Guimarães Orchestra.
The CCVF will watch the premiere of the play “Catarina and the beauty of killing fascists”, by Tiago Rodrigues, artistic director of the National Theater D. Maria II, winner of the Pessoa Prize 2019.
The cultural activity will start progressively, with open-air shows and capacity ranging from 40 to 70 people, but most of them with online transmission, so that the public can be much more comprehensive.
On June 19, in the gardens of Palácio Vila Flor, The BJazz Choir will perform.
There will be a night visit to the discovery “on the other side” of the José de Guimarães International Arts Center, with forays into spaces normally closed to the public and viewing of pieces from the collection that are not on display.
On the 26th, a moment of ‘performing’ arts with António Alvarenga and Leonor Barata is scheduled for the terrace of Palácio Vila Flor, followed by a concert by Benjamim.
The duo Minta & The Brook Trout will perform on July 3, in the gardens of the Vila Flor Palace.
On July 10, the proposals are a concert by pianist Pedro Manuel Pereira and the film-concert “Surdina”, by Rodrigo Areias.
