For the scariest night of the year, dedicated to witches and ghosts par excellence, the five star VidaMar Resort Hotel Algarve has created a special menu, designed not only for those staying at the resort but also for those who want to start the weekend in the best way with a dinner out of the house.
The Halloween celebration will take place at Olivo, one of the resort’s excellent restaurants, which will be decorated in precept and with thematic music to create an experience that is both fun and “terrifying”.
The personalized menu, in charge of chef Ricardo Lucas, starts with an amuse-bouche and a puffed shiver (low-temperature pork belly and piglet sauce), followed by delicious vampire cod: fresh cod, prawns, and edamame.
In the main course, the suggestion falls on a steer in the cauldron, accompanied by white beans and chestnuts. And, to finish the meal, there will be plenty of treats, which in this case is a delicious pumpkin cake with pomegranate, crumble, and chocolate colli.
To accompany this gastronomic experience, VidaMar Algarve’s selection of wines will do the house’s honors, including water and coffee in the pack.
Whoever wants to experience a different and frighteningly inspired night, can enjoy this tasty dinner on the night of October 31, at Vidamar Resort Hotel Algarve, for the price of €25 per person (drinks included).
