On March 19, Hotel Cascais Miragem prepared a special dinner in its Gourmet Restaurant, capable of making Father’s Day an unforgettable moment.
The menu available only that night begins with an amuse-bouche of salmon and citrus tataki, beetroot in vinaigrette and coriander emulsion and an appetizer of smoked duck cannelloni, foie gras and rillette with drunken pear puree and root salad.
The main dish consists of a veal tourney and boletus ravioli served with courgette puree and lemon confit and Ramisco sauce.
This Father’s Day option also includes a passion fruit sponge pre-dessert and, to finish it off, customers will be able to taste a wide selection of sweets such as pumpkin chiffon with curd mousse, carrot pudding, almond cream, and muscat ice cream.
At the end of the meal, coffee and other mignardises will be served.
The gourmet restaurant’s special Father’s Day proposal is signed by renowned chefs Paulo Nogueira and Elias Silva and costs € 55.00 per person.
Exceptionally, that night, the emblematic Hotel de Cascais will offer a 50% discount on the Father’s celebration menu for meals with a minimum of 3 people.
