Hotel Cascais Miragem launches new letter of gourmet restaurant

Recognized as one of the best restaurants in Cascais, the award-winning Gourmet Restaurant offers à la carte service in an exclusive setting and unrivaled views over Cascais Bay. Integrated into the Hotel Cascais Miragem, the Gourmet restaurant offers to those who visit it, dishes prepared with refinement, accompanied by an excellent wine cellar.

The new Gourmet Restaurant Menu is available and presents itself as a memorable dining experience.


The menu consists of light and summer dishes ranging from a fresh salad of lavagante and avocado with reduction of citrus from the Algarve to a ceviche of sea bass and salmon with rose grapefruit jelly. In fish: Panko fried salmon duet, squid stuffed with quinoa and peas to break or Sea bass with mashed cauliflower and saffron, pak choi and Ramisco sauce. As for the meats: Duck breast with mashed parsnip and chili, purple onion and violet potato with juniper and honey sauce is just one of the suggestions.

To finish off the meal, the flavors of the desserts fall between a Pavlova with coconut and meringue mousse, creamy pineapple and granite of rum and a delicious Chocolatíssimo – Ideas and Temptations about chocolate, which will delight all who decide to dine in the private space Gourmet restaurant.
