The current chef, Miguel Rocha Vieira, invited us to enjoy a lunch served with sea, with snacks of octopus, shrimp and fried cuttlefish, where he did not lack a divine monkfish fillet. Portuguese products and traditions are more evident. It is a cuisine of different author, well thought out and that makes awaken all the senses at the table. Sometimes a scenic setting that brings us to the product to be highlighted. We could also call it show cooking, food mounted on appealing scenarios.
