As part of the Stress Awareness Day, which is being celebrated tomorrow, November 6th, ISAG – European Business School will offer Riso & Bollywood Dance Yoga sessions to the entire academic community, new in Portugal.
Having implemented an anti-stress program for students, teachers and staff in the past school year, which included various activities such as Mindfullness, Breathing and Posture Techniques, Risotherapy, Biodanza, Yoga, Meditation, among others, ISAG – European Business School, draws the attention of the academic community to the risks associated with stress and anxiety in a professional context.
This Wednesday, November 6, during the celebration of Stress Awareness Day, will be held special introductory sessions of a new modality in Portugal – Laughter Yoga & Bollywood Dance – which combines laughter and oriental-inspired aerobic dance. The goals are to encourage physical exercise, promote healthy laughter and introduce breathing techniques.
According to Elvira Vieira, Director General of ISAG – European Business School, “Over the past year, we have seen significant improvements in the well-being of our academic community, which has confirmed the success of the Stress Awareness and Soft Development program. Skills This year we want to reinforce the bet by promoting new activities, new techniques and challenging more students, teachers and collaborators to join the program. ”
The Riso & Bollywood Dance Yoga sessions will take place in the Consuelo Vieira da Costa auditorium and will last 15 minutes, at the following times: 9h00, 10h00, 11h00, 14h00.
