João Lourenço invited Marcelo to visit Angola between March 6 and 8

Angolan President João Lourenço announced today that he invited the Portuguese head of state, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, to visit Angola between March 6 and 8 of next year, with the arrival in Luanda on May 05.

João Lourenço, who had already mentioned that Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa’s visit to Angola was scheduled for early next year, announced these dates at the end of a private lunch hosted by the Portuguese President at the Palácio de Belém in Lisbon.

“I take this opportunity to announce that I invited President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa to visit Angola from 6 to 8 March next year, with the arrival in Luanda on the 5th of the same month,” declared João Lourenço, with the head of State Portuguese at his side, both without a tie.
