Kamaal Williams, Tony Allen and Jeff Mills at Lisb-On in 2020
Briton Kamaal Williams and Nigerian Tony Allen, together with American DJ Jeff Mills, are among the first confirmations of the 7th edition of the Lisb-On electronic music festival in Lisbon in September.
According to the organization, in a statement released today, the festival’s 2020 edition will take place on September 4, 5 and 6, again at Parque Eduardo VII.
The list of “first ten names that will flourish in the Sound Garden”, along with Kamaal Williams, Tony Allen and Jeff Mills, who will also perform alone, include: Body & Soul (Danny Krivit, Francois K, Joe Claussel), Convextion aka ERP , Magazino, Nicolas Lutz, Pedro Ricciardi and Zenner.
The first edition of Lisb-On #JardimSonoro, which the organization presents as “an innovative music festival in the center of Lisbon, divided into two moments: day and night, taking advantage of the best that the capital has to offer” , took place in 2014.
The 6th edition, which took place between September 6 and 8 of this year, included, among others, Róisin Murphy, Carl Craig, Moodymann, Horse Meet Disco and Marcel Dettmann.
