Keller Williams Portugal, a global real estate brokerage and training company, has opened 14 new market centers this year and plans to announce one more by the end of the year, thus reaching a total of 27 market centers.
The new market centers are located in Albufeira, Setubal, Cascais, Carcavelos, Sintra, Leiria, Coimbra, Aveiro and Braga, with opening of 1 market center each; Lisbon with opening of two and Porto with opening of three market centers.
Nuno Ascensão, CEO of KW Portugal states that “the strategy is already defined. By the end of next year we will reach 40 market centers, spread across various parts of the country. And we aim to reach 50 market centers in the next four years. ”
And he adds, “This is only possible because of our ongoing commitment to training and technology. This is what sets us apart from other players and what justifies the continued growth we have registered in the Portuguese market. We want to continue to provide all the consultants with the tools they need to do their best, which has actually happened. Our biggest investment is human capital and technology, so we look forward to having a total of 10,000 in the near future associated with the best and strongest technology platform on the market. ”
KW’s technology is developed in the US by a team of 300 KW computer engineers, involving a $ 1 billion investment.
