KW Portugal to open another 15 new Market Centers this year

KW Portugal intends to reach the 30 Market Centers by the end of this year.

In 2018 the volume of transactions was over 1,650 million euros and 75% of the Market Centers invoiced more than 1 million euros.KW Portugal revolutionizes real estate mediation in Portugal giving an opportunity to consultants to become shareholders of the Market Centers and will provide during the third quarter of 2019 a unique technological arsenal to its Consultants.

Keller Williams Portugal, a global training and specialized in the field of Real Estate Mediation, intends to open this year plus 15 new Market Centers and thus reach 30 business units.
Eduardo Garcia e Costa, CEO of KW Portugal states that “after opening at the beginning of the year in Sintra and Aveiro, we will open on May 4 new Market Centers (in Carcavelos/Parede, Cascais, Coimbra, and Porto). In these four markets, there are Consultants who, due to their history at KW in Portugal, deserve the opportunity to become shareholders of these new 4 Market Centers, they are what we designate at KW by Core Group. ”

KW Portugal will announce further openings during the month of May. This one accelerated process of opening Market Centers is a strategy that was already defined in the company’s vision for the Portuguese market, which aims to reach the 50 Market Centers, by the end of 2021.
