LATAM Airlines Group announced today, that LATAM Airlines leader airline in Latin America, the introduction of the Airbus A350 on its São-Paulo-Lisbon route.
The presentation of this new Airbus took place in the Portuguese capital and included the participation of Cinthia Louza, Sales Manager for Portugal and Spain of this airline, affirming LATAM Airlines’ position in the European market as the best alternative to travel to Latin America.
As of today, this airline will offer passengers flying from the seventh European destination (alongside Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, London, Frankfurt, and Milan) all the comfort and services associated with an A350, namely corridors wider, internal luggage racks with greater capacity and panoramic windows.
The A350 belongs to a new generation of aeroplanes, built with composite materials, which are lighter, more efficient, economical and with less environmental impact. Greenhouse gas emissions, as well as operating costs, are up to 25% lower than other aircraft of similar size.
This Airbus has an extra-wide fuselage, offering a quieter and extremely comfortable cabin for passengers of all classes. The design of your cabin – with smooth curves, flowing lines, innovative lighting and panoramic windows – also creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The A350’s windows are 24% larger than those of a previous generation aircraft.
Innovative lighting concepts help to reduce the effect of jet lag, highlighting the feeling of quality and spaciousness of the cabin in general. In addition, the A350’s air renewal system helps passengers enjoy a more enjoyable flight. All cabin air is renewed every two to three minutes, in an environment without a draft and with a mild temperature, maintained through advanced technology.
This model offers 309 seats in Economy Class and 30 full-flat seats in Premium Business, which recline up to 180 degrees. Customers of all classes have access to superior compartments with large capacity to accommodate hand luggage and a modern entertainment service on board, with 18 ”widescreen in Premium Business and 9” in Economy Class.
