Mahdi Mokrane joined PATRIZIA in January 2020 as Head of Investment Strategy and Research, overseeing the company’s investment, research and performance analysis strategies. He works closely with the CIO and serves on the Investment and Executive Committees. Previously, Mahdi worked at LaSalle as a Board Member, where he led the European strategy and research team and served on LaSalle’s Indebtedness & Special Situations and private equity real estate investment committees. Prior to that, Mahdi held leading roles at AEW, MSCI IPD, ESSEC Business School and Caisse des Dépôts. Mahdi holds a PhD in Economics and Finance from EHESS (France), a Master in Financial Economics from Dauphine University, and is an active member of MSCI IPD, INREV, EPRA and RICS.

Yves Schemeil is a Ph.D. in Political Science and is currently Professor of Global and Comparative Politics, Sciences Po Grenoble. He is extremely active in the online scene and is currently running a series of geopolitical courses on the Future Learn: Global Studies: International Relations and World Politics platform. He serves on several scientific committees and has extensive experience in international education, including UCLA and Berkeley.
