Milky Chance are back and it is on the 19th of February that the band “Stolen Dance” will visit the Lx Factory, in Lisbon, to present their latest work. “Mind The Moon”, which will hit stores later this year, succeeds the very successful “Sadnecessary” and “Blossom” and has already released 3 singles.
Philipp Dausch and Clemens Rehbein are Milky Chance. Friends, a long time ago, since school time, listened to Bob Marley and Red Hot Chilli Peppers together without thinking about what would come. What came in 2013 was “Sadnecessary”, one of the albums of the year, from which singles such as “Flashed Junk Mind”, “Down by the River” or the planetarium “Stolen Dance” were taken.
Years later, in 2017, the successor “Blossom” emerged, which sought to take advantage of all the good that its predecessor had, incorporating some news learned during the many concerts given until then. The singles “Cocoon” and “Doing Good” were an example of this and represented a hugely successful album, bringing together hundreds of millions of “plays” on the streaming platforms, in a Tour that generated more than 240 concerts in 41 countries.
Now, with a much shorter time difference, “Mind The Moon” appears, an album that already has three singles. The first was “Daydreaming” with the Tash Sultana phenomenon, which already has 3 million more views on Youtube and more than 5 million plays on Spotify. Last Friday came the most recent single “Fado” which, with a suggestive name that refers to the typical Portuguese song, precedes the release of the new album.
All these news can be heard on February 19, 2020, at Lx Factory, in Lisbon. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, October 4, at BOL and at the usual venues and have a value of € 28.
