The Portuguese company of human resources Multitempo, which is celebrating 25 years of existence, will carry out next week, on the 8th of October, two new virtual recruitment actions to respond to hiring needs in the automotive sector, in the regions of Alto Alentejo and Northern Portugal.
In Portalegre, the company seeks to fill 40 vacancies and, in Vila Nova de Famalicão and Trofa, 250 job opportunities are available for multinational automotive factories. It is intended that the employees to be recruited perform tasks in a manufacturing context, according to the production orders.
For Portalegre, the requirements include a minimum education of 9th grade, flexible hours to work in rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday, and ideally their own means of transport. The functions of the chosen candidates include piping production and verification of the final product for dispatch.
In the case of Vila Nova Famalicão and Trofa, the requirements are the 12th full year or with enrollment, driving license and own means of transport, flexible hours to work on rotating shifts at week and weekend.
To avoid face-to-face contact at the premises, and in line with the contingency measures in force in the country, the recruitment processes will take place digitally and with mandatory prior registration until Tuesday, October 6th.
Last year, Multitempo recruited a total of 9,304 people, approximately 4000 of whom to work in the automotive field. Even with an atypical 2020 for most sectors of activity, the company has already helped more than 2500 people to find jobs, from the north to the south of the country.
