CIN’s new online store now enters users’ homes providing them with a visually rich, inspiring and enlightening experience, positioning itself as a useful and right tool for each particular project.
And just as each home offers a space of choice, the new CIN online store has reserved a special place for the user – MyCIN – a customer area that allows each consumer to personalize the entire browsing experience and interaction with the brand. In this corner of comfort, CIN allows the creation of catalogues composed of the products and colours preferred by each consumer, previously saved and organized, simplifying the decision processes. As Marcos Castro, Marketing Director of CIN says, “it was important for our customers to feel that CIN is part of the home and of every moment. Therefore, we created this customizable space where it is possible to create catalogues for each project, be it the living room, the bedroom or any other space, where users keep their colours of choice and their favourite products. ”
In addition to the customizable catalogue, which can later be printed as a project memory, CIN integrates into this new website what was once seen on its blog, allowing consumers to be inspired by Cindecor through “ideas, tips and inspiring environments for, even from a distance, can feel accompanied at the time of purchase. In this store, users can buy now and remember us in the future. It was with this idea of proximity in mind that we wanted to build a tool that would accompany the evolution of our relationship with each client ”says Marcos Castro.
With a robust search tool, capable of identifying content from its semantic descriptions, CIN always presents the best solutions for the needs of each consumer. The new website includes a colour/product symbiosis that allows the search to be made by tone or technical specificity. Whatever the “journey” of the consumer, he always finds the product for the desired colour and the perfect colour for the right product. In the expectation of valuing the route that the user selects – choosing product and colour and, relying on the calculator that helps determine the amount of ink needed – the website also incorporates a mechanism that allows the user to never forget all the components necessary to perform a perfect job, namely painting accessories.
Thinking of the convenience of those at home and the increase in searches through mobile devices, the new website has an optimized design compatible with all devices (mobile phone, tablet and desktop), recognizing the need to be present at any time and context, in ideal conditions for users.
The launch of this online store “is another step in the realization of a strategic and ambitious project for the digital transformation of the brand, which will not end here” assures Marcos Castro, “in addition to the new decorative, corporate and performance coatings websites, CIN launched recently its Youtube channel which has more than 2,000,000 views is also a “customer service” project, making access to colour more universal and democratizing the tools to support a more conscious decision. ”
