Odivelas challenges residents to exercise at home

Odivelas City Council launches virtual challenge to all citizens to practice physical exercise

The Municipality started the campaign “Don’t stay still!”, on March 20, the practice of online sports for everyone.

At a time when we are called to be at home, the gym becomes the comfort of our home. Access is easy, just log on to Odivelas European City of Sport 2020 Facebook and participate in the live stream classes.

From Monday to Friday, Zumba, Karate, Pilates, Dance, Kickboxing, Localized, Parents and Children Circuit, Aerobics, Functional Training, Ballet, Posture and Mobility, Senior Sport, among other modalities will be available.

In the morning, classes are dedicated to seniors and during the afternoon there will be training sessions for all tastes and ages.

In the European City of Sport 2020, nobody stays still and sport is for everyone, even if they stay at home!
