Portuguese international extended liaison with the English champions until 2025.
Manchester City announced this Wednesday in the form of a statement that it reached an agreement with Bernardo Silva for the renewal of the current contract of the Portuguese international, which is now valid until June 2025.
In statements made to the official platforms of the English champions, former Benfica says it is “an honor” to compromise the future with the team he represents since 2017.
“This club offers everything a player needs to fulfill their ambitions, and there is no other place I would like to be in. As soon as I heard that City wanted me to stay longer, my decision was made,” he said.
“I love the club, the coach, the players, and the fans,” he added. “The style of play we practice is exciting for me, and I’m committed to winning more trophies.
