French band will perform on July 19 at Meco.
The Phoenix is the latest confirmation of this year’s Super Bock Super Rock and the final headliners of this year’s festival, which had already confirmed the presence of Lana Del Rey and Migos.
The announcement was made on the official website of the festival on Facebook and also reveals that the French band will perform on the main stage of the event on July 19.
The indie-pop group was formed more than 20 years ago in Versailles by Thomas Mars, Deck d’Arcy, Laurent Brankowitz and Christian Mazzalai, but only in 2009 with the album ‘Wolfgang Amadeus Phoeniz’ which included the single ‘ Lisztomania ‘, is that they became world-wide known, even becoming Gold Record in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
In addition to the older hits, the Phoenix packs in the bag the latest album ‘Ti Amo’, released in 2017, precisely the year they introduced it in Portugal, at NOS Alive.
Super Bock Super Rock returns this year to Meco in Sesimbra for three days of concerts, July 18-20.
