In second place was the representative of Kazakhstan with the song ‘Armanynnan Qalma’, played by Yerzhan Machim, and in third place, Spain, with the song ‘Mars’, played by Melani Garcia.

Interestingly, both the theme of the Polish winner, as the Portuguese Joana Almeida, with the song ‘Come With Me’, speak of the need to mobilize people to save the planet.

Viki Gabor, 12, of Polish origin but born in Germany, started studying music in the United Kingdom and currently lives in Poland, where she was a finalist in February this year for the ‘The Voice Kids’ contest.

With this victory at the Junior Eurovision, Poland repeats Roksana Wegiel’s feat in the 2018 edition.

In this festival, as in the adult version, 50% of the points are given by a professional judge and the other 50% are given by the public.

The Junior Eurovision this year brought together singers from 19 countries aged between 9 and 14 years.
