Portugal dos Pequenitos reopens tomorrow with free admission

Portugal dos Pequenitos is back and the moment of reopening could not be more symbolic. Next Monday, the 1st of June, the ludic-pedagogical park in Coimbra will once again open its doors celebrating 80 years and marking World Children’s Day.

Admission during the next month is offered to children up to 13 years old. Visits start at 10am and end at 7pm.

Regarding the educational services that the park usually offers, it is also anticipated that the program will be maintained, as will the registration conditions defined in the Educational Programs 2019/2020.

Adopting new security measures, the activities are carried out “outdoors, whenever possible, and the materials to be used will be made available in individual kits. The cleaning of the materials to be provided will also be ensured.

Each participant will have an individual workspace, properly cleaned, each time it is used by a new participant.

Activities such as birthday parties, workshops and guided tours for children, young families, adults and seniors are planned.

The oldest theme park in Portugal proposes a visit as a way to get to know the country, in a place where children can interact with the buildings in a unique way, in a playful-pedagogical trip through the History, Architecture and Geography of Portugal and the Speaking Countries Portuguese Officer.
