Portugal qualify for Elite round qualifying for Euro’2019

Emílio Peixe’s leaders beat Belarus 3-0 in Aveiro.

The U17 National Team qualified for the Elite Round on Saturday to decide qualifying for the final of the 2019 UEFA European Championship. Emilio Peixe’s side defeated Belarus 3-0 in Aveiro, and thus secured the passage.

After 4 minutes, Pedro Brazão opened the scoring in favor of das quinas, who, after half an hour, extended the lead, by Famana Quizera. In the final 10 minutes, Bruno Tavares closed the result.

It is recalled that last Thursday, Portugal had beaten Kazakhstan 10-0.
