Portugal wins in Vilnius with four goals from CR7

Portuguese team thrashed Lithuania 5-1 on a night when the captain scored four times.

Another qualifying game for the 2020 UEFA European Championship, another victory won by Portugal. This time, the ‘victim’ was Lithuania, which was startling but unable to stop a brilliant display of Cristiano Ronaldo.

The captain scored four times in Vilnius – once half-way with the goalkeeper Setkus – and William Carvalho also left his mark, while the home side’s goal belonged to Andriuskevicius.
