RHmais has just opened 400 job vacancies for Lisbon and Porto, to be filled by the end of this year, in order to correspond, mostly, to the dynamics of customer service in the areas of telecommunications and media.
In general, taste and aptitude for contact with the customer and good communication skills are required, essential to the provision of a service of excellence and continuous monitoring. Minimum educational qualifications correspond to the 11th-grade level and knowledge of English is also preferred.
Promoting products or services, retaining customers, answering billing questions or resolving other issues are the objectives of telephone contact, varying the requirements depending on the specific activity. In this way, relational and human skills are developed, but also commercial. Being the voice and the first point of contact for the organizations they represent is the great mission of employees in these activities.
According to Maria Emília Azevedo, Coordinating Director of Recruitment and Selection at RHmais, “the global management of companies centred on the Client leads RHmais to seek professionals whose excellence and suitability for the job are essentially measured by the genuine taste and aptitude developed by human contact. The formation of the first groups is scheduled for the beginning of July and will be in a mixed regime, that is, in-person and remote. The functions will also be performed partially in telework and will be adjusted according to the evolution of the pandemic.
In parallel to these needs, and within the scope of the provision of E-Learning services, RHmais is also developing several projects, namely for the Third Sector, involving the adaptation of daycare and kindergarten professionals to the new health requirements.
