The Scottish Premiership, the main competition in the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL), is the first European league to return to Eleven Sports. The kick-off was today, August 1, at 12:30 pm, with Aberdeen welcoming visitors from Glasgow to Rangers at the Pittodrie stadium.

The 2019/20 season of the Scottish Premiership was said to have ended in March due to the pandemic of COVID-19, with the title to be handed over to Celtic, who was comfortably in the first position of the table and thus secured the title for the ninth consecutive season.

The Scottish Premiership’s 2020/21 season kicks off on Saturday, August 1, with Aberdeen hosting the Rangers at home, with a live broadcast at 12:30 on Eleven Sports 2.
