The Lions urge supporters to bring “a gift that will be given to young people in residential homes, educational centers and community intervention projects.”

Sporting announced in a statement issued on official platforms early Monday afternoon that it will hold an open training session for fans at Alvalade Stadium next Saturday, December 28.

The doors of the green and white room will open at 16h (Continental Portugal time), and the team led by Jorge Silas will go up on the lawn, approximately one hour later.

Lions also appeal to supporters to bring “a gift that will be given to young people in residential homes, educational centers and community intervention projects.”

Sporting, it will be recalled, will only return to the competition on January 5, 2020, to face FC Porto, in a match against matchday 15 of the I Liga.
