The village of Montesinho, in Bragança, hosts the 2nd edition of the festival Música na Paisagem
Música na Paisagem is an event of musical sharing and interpretation, framed in the landscape that is nature, the village and its people. At the end of an artistic residency in the village of Montesinho, there is a festival for all ages and free entry.
During the weekend, the various musical moments, which will happen mainly outdoors, guide people through the village, with stops that are at the same time musical journeys. Everyone can choose their own place to sit and listen, take a walk before or after a concert, or chat with anyone they meet.
In this edition, we can count on Gaspard de la Nuit by M. Ravel and Quintet with piano by R. Schumann on September 5 at 8 pm in the Jardim da Lagosta Perdida; on the 6th we have “A História do Soldado” by I. Stravinsky and C.F. Ramuz at 11 am at Largo da Roçada, and String Quintet by F. Schubert with Jun Bouterey-Ishido (piano), Yuuki Bouterey-Ishido (cello), Horácio Ferreira (clarinet), Matilde Loureiro (violin), Catarina Rôlo Salgueiro (recitation), Christophe Roy (cello), Noëmi Schindler (violin), and Paul Wakabayashi (viola) at 4:30 pm at Montesinho Church.
