It is next Wednesday, February 26, at 10 pm, that Lounge D hosts another fado show.
With a style of their own, the trio “Fado Marialva” meets with visitors from Casino Estoril to interpret the best compositions in their repertoire. On stage will also be Diogo Lucena Quadros on guitar, Luís Roquette on viola and Francisco Gaspar on bass guitar. Admission is free.
With the “Fado Marialva”, the “national song” has a characteristic in its bosom that almost always accompanied it, but that for some time now, it was distant, the “Festa Brava“. This experienced trio pays tribute to a cast of artists who have dedicated themselves, for decades, to extolling this same party of grateful cultural traditions.
Rodrigo Pereira, Francisco Martins and Manuel da Câmara are part of the “Fado Marialva”, three practical aficionados who, in order to recover this tradition, met in recording to sing and enchant in “castiços” fados of great poetic richness.
Access to Casino Estoril is free, and from 10 pm, it is for people over 14 years old, and over 10 years old accompanied by their parents. In the game areas, it is for over 18 years.
