The largest urban slide in Europe will be in Alameda

If you have already climbed the stairs behind the light source, in Alameda Dom Afonso Henriques, you are certainly aware of the long extension of this lawn, from the source to the Instituto Superior Técnico. Now imagine yourself slipping through all this course: this is more or less what you can do from Saturday, the 15th, until the end of September.

It is in the Alameda that Lisbon receives for the first time the largest urban slide in Europe. In a total of 150 meters, you will be able to venture as often as you want, since you pay nothing to try. And because this is an event that Dyrup brand is a partner, you can also leave a personal message on the blank screen that will take place in the starting tower of the slide, which will color the area to the maximum.

This is an event organized by Rkesa, a company of Industrial Mountaineering in Europe, the Lisbon Municipal Council and the Federation of Camping and Mountaineering of Portugal, which will take to the same space its official climbing competitions as well as give visitors the opportunity to experience the mountaineering wall and photograph Lisbon from a different angle.

For the younger, there will be a space where they can learn the rules of traffic in a mini Kart track with electric cars that allows parents to enjoy other activities without worries.
