UNIBANCO, UNICRE’s business brand dedicated to the development of unique financial solutions and simplification of payments, has just made available to the market the possibility of joining your card through a fully digital process, via the website or mobile phone, without the need to use paper.
This new process brings greater convenience and speed to the customer, since he can order a card wherever and whenever he wants, without having to print the proposal and send it by mail. The response of acceptance or disapproval of the card also becomes faster. The security and confidentiality of personal data are guaranteed by strong security measures.
According to Marília Araújo, Director of UNIBANCO, “this solution is in line with the new strategic positioning of the brand and represents another step in the path of digitizing UNIBANCO, through which we intend to reinforce our focus on enhancing our customers’ daily lives, as well as involving a target more familiar with the digital medium. For this purpose, we want to continue to develop increasingly simple and unique financial solutions ”.
Although the traditional card contracting process is still quite prevalent, “we believe that the response from customers to this novelty will be quite positive. We estimate that the number of digital subscriptions will reach 60% of the total number of orders already in 2020 ”, concludes the responsible for the brand.
To subscribe to the UNIBANCO card, the consumer must complete the membership form available on the brand website, select the desired card, fill in the respective personal information and select the option that allows the process to be completed digitally. To finish your membership safely, there are three steps that take no more than 10 minutes:
- Make a proof of life, using a photo taken directly from the mobile phone, tablet or PC from which the application is being made;
- Attach a copy/photograph of the Citizen Card and other mandatory documents for the completion of the process (a receipt of salary, proof of address and IBAN);
- The signing of the contract through the SMS received.
At the end, and after a period of analysis of the process, the customer will receive his card at the address indicated. All customers who complete the process 100% digitally have the possibility to follow the order status through their own portal.
Adherence to the 100% digital UNIBANCO card is one of the first novelties of the brand that results from the process of changing the positioning of UNICRE and its brands.
